You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging.

Once your exchange request has been validated, you will receive a pre-paid label (for the European Union only). Return your jewel within 5 working days. Once your parcel has been received, your replacement jewel will be sent to you.

RETURNS
