What length of chain should I choose?
A 40- to 42-cm chain is worn close to the neck (choker), a 45-cm chain falls on the collarbone, and a 50-cm chain or longer hangs lower. The exact length is specified on each product page.
What are your necklaces made of?
Venetian Gold: an 18-karat gold patina applied by hand to a nickel-free brass base (and therefore hypoallergenic), with a warm golden hue.
Where are your necklaces made?
Handcrafted in a workshop audited and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). “L’Or Vénitien,” our signature patina, was created in Verona, near Venice.
Can I wear my necklace every day?
Yes, you can wear it every day. However, be sure to take it off before showering, bathing, going to the pool or the beach, or exercising, and avoid perfumes and cosmetics: these steps will help preserve its patina.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to France and Belgium, and 3 to 7 days to the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or a refund. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Does the jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every item is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
