Yes: The base is made of nickel-free brass, so it is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin and ears.
What are your earrings made of?
Venetian Gold: an 18-karat gold patina applied by hand to a nickel-free brass base (and therefore hypoallergenic).
Where are they made?
Handcrafted in a workshop audited and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). “L’Or Vénitien,” our signature patina, was created in Verona, near Venice.
What kind of clasp do you use?
Depending on the model: stroller handles, clip fasteners, or rings. Details are provided on each product page.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to France and Belgium, and 3 to 7 days to the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or a refund. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
