What material is your jewelry made of?
Venetian Gold: an 18-karat gold patina applied by hand to a nickel-free brass base (and therefore hypoallergenic), with a warm golden hue.
Where is your jewelry made?
Handcrafted in a workshop audited and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). “L’Or Vénitien,” our signature patina, was created in Verona, near Venice.
Does Venetian Gold change over time?
This is a hand-applied patina: if properly cared for, it will retain its luster for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics, and wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing it.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes, you can wear them every day. However, be sure to take them off before showering, bathing, swimming in the pool or the ocean, or exercising, and avoid perfumes and cosmetics: these steps will help preserve their patina.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to France and Belgium, and 3 to 7 days to the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or a refund. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
