We offer to reissue jewelry from our archives especially for you. As a counterpoint to fast-fashion, we aim to limit our economic impact while offering our customers a wide choice of exclusive models.

Over a hundred models are available to order, and will be made to order by our workshop in an ethical and responsible way.

Your jewelry is made of Venetian gold.

This is a blend of 14-carat gold and copper. The two noble metals are mixed (not plated) by hand, in a responsible workshop near Venice (the region where it was created, hence the name). This ensures that the material retains its natural patina and does not fade over time. Naturally rustproof and hypoallergenic, it can (reasonably) be in contact with water without affecting its condition.

Venetian gold can (reasonably) come into contact with water without affecting its condition. Avoid cosmetics or alcohol, however. To restore the shine of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning it from time to time with a slightly damp sponge, then drying it immediately with a clean cloth.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have up to 15 days after receipt of your jewelry box to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging.

If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of the return.
