DELIVERY

Free shipping on orders of €150 or more in France and the European Union.

Order processing times

1 to 3 business days. Please note that archival jewelry is made to order and requires 5 business days to produce.

Transit time

• Mainland France, Monaco, and Belgium : 2–4 business days : 4.95 €

If you choose the express version:

Chronopost express delivery (1 to 2 working days): €15

Delivery by courier (within Paris only): €15

• To the European Union : 3-7 working days : 4,95 €

• To the rest of the world : 5 to 14 business days : 8,95 €

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You have up to 14 days to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging.

If the return conditions are met, we will process the exchange or refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

EXCHANGE

If the above exchange conditions are met, you can proceed with an exchange by clicking on the exchange portal link. Once your exchange request has been validated, you will receive a pre-paid label ( for France and the European Union only). Return your jewel within 5 working days. Once your parcel has been received, your replacement jewel will be sent to you.

For exchanges from other countries (outside the European Union), shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Click here for exchange portal link.

RETURNS

If the above return conditions are met, you can by clicking on the back portal link. Once your return request has been validated, you will receive a pre-paid label (for France and the European Union only). Return your jewel within 5 working days. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund for the item. Please note that shipping is free for exchanges, and a fee of €8 (France) or €10 (European Union) applies for returns. This amount will be deducted from your return refund.

For returns made from a country outside the European Union, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs duties, import or re-import taxes, as well as administrative fees applied by the authorities or the carrier when returning the package, are also the responsibility of the customer.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays, blockages, or additional costs resulting from customs procedures specific to the country of shipment or return.

For returns for exchange or refund, My Little Vendôme will provide a prepaid return label upon request.

The cost of this label is €8 for France and €10 for European Union countries. This amount may be deducted from the reimbursement or invoiced separately, as applicable.

However, the customer remains entirely free to choose the carrier of their choice and to organize the return of the items themselves, provided that they are returned to the address indicated and in accordance with the conditions set out in these GTC.

Refunds or exchanges will be made after receipt and verification of the returned items.
