Simply put, standard secure delivery in France and abroad is free. Whatever your purchase amount or destination. We use La Poste's Colissimo service.

Order processing times

1 to 2 working days. Please note that archival jewelry is created on demand and takes 5 working days to manufacture.

Transit time

If you choose the express version:

Chronopost express delivery (1 to 2 working days): €15

Delivery by courier (within Paris only): €15

Chronopost express delivery (5 to 7 working days): €35

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have up to 15 days after receipt of your jewelry box to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging.

If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of the return.
