Wishlist contest rules

Article 1 – Organization

ARDALICE MY LITTLE VENDOME (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Company"), a sole proprietorship registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 814 424 859 00019, with its registered office located at 18 rue Ferdinand Duval, 75004 Paris, is organizing a contest from December 14, 2023, to January 1, 2024, offering three gift certificates worth €500 to be used exclusively on the website.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies the Player's unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any violation of one or more of the articles of these rules will result in the Player being disqualified from the contest and forfeiting any prize they may have won. In the latter case, the prize will be put back into play.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation

This Contest is open only to individuals of legal age, excluding all employees of the Contest Organizer and companies involved in its promotion and/or implementation.

Article 4 – Game Rules and Terms and Conditions

The event will take place from September 20, 2023, to November 17, 2023.

To enter the contest, participants must visit mylittlevendome.com and add at least one product to their "My Wishlist" wishlist.

To do this, simply click on the heart icon at the top right of the product page, then select the "My Wishlist" option to save it there.

Lists containing more than 5 products or exceeding €500 will not be eligible for the prize draw.

Participation implies acceptance of MY LITTLE VENDOME's general terms and conditions of sale (available here: https://mylittlevendome.com/policies/terms-of-sale).

The winners for each month will be notified by email at the address of the MY LITTLE VENDOME account linked to the wish list.

Participants in the Contest are responsible for ensuring that their email accounts are properly managed.

The products will be sent via orders created in the winners' MY LITTLE VENDOME accounts.

In the event that the winner refuses to accept their prize, they must notify the Organizer by email. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided during registration before awarding prizes to winners.

Any incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or late entries will not be considered. It is specified that the Organizing Company is not responsible for conducting additional research to identify the Participant, who will then receive neither their prize nor any compensation or indemnity.

Article 5 – Winnings

• 3 wish lists consisting of a maximum of 5 products and/or a maximum value of €500.

Article 6 – Personal data

Personal information is processed by our company for customer relationship management and prospecting purposes.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, all Contest Participants have the right to access, correct, oppose, and delete information concerning them upon request by writing to MY LITTLE VENDOME (18 rue Ferdinand Duval – 75004 PARIS) and specifying the subject of their request.

Contest participants who exercise their right to delete their data before the end of the contest will be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.

The information collected as part of the Contest may be used for commercial prospecting purposes, subject to obtaining your prior consent via the checkbox on the Contest registration form.

Refunds will be made upon written request to the organizing company.

Article 7 – Liability

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or do not comply with the rules mentioned above will be invalid. MY LITTLE VENDOME cannot be held responsible for any failure to participate due to circumstances beyond its control.

MY LITTLE VENDOME cannot be held liable for the fraudulent use of a Participant's login details or prize allocation, nor can it be held liable in any way in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control (including technical problems, losses or delays in postal services, etc.) that disrupt the organization and management of the Contest.

Article 8 – Amendment of the rules

MY LITTLE VENDOME reserves the right to postpone or modify this contest, or to replace the gift vouchers with others of equal value if circumstances so require.

The rules may be amended at any time in the form of an addendum by the Organizing Company, in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules

The complete rules will be sent free of charge to anyone who submits a written request to MY LITTLE VENDOME (18 rue Ferdinand Duval – 75004 PARIS). The cost of requesting the rules will be reimbursed upon request sent to the same address.

It shall come into effect upon registration, and all participants shall be deemed to have accepted it simply by participating in the Contest, as of the effective date of the amendment. Any participant who refuses to accept the amendment(s) must cease participating in the Contest.

Article 10 – Disputes

The Organizer of this Contest and the Participants agree to settle any disputes concerning the conduct of the Contest amicably and in advance. These rules are subject to French law.
