Order processing times

1 à 2 jours ouvrables. Noter que les bijoux d'archives sont créés à la demande et nécessitent 5 à 7 jours ouvrables pour leur fabrication.

•  France Métropolitaine, Monaco et Belgique  : 2-3 jours ouvrables : 4,95 €
• To the European Union : 3-7 working days : 4,95 €
• Vers le reste du Monde : 7 jours à 14 jours ouvrés 9,90 €
• 100% des Frais de douane et taxes d'importation incluses

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Vous avez jusqu'à 14 jours après la réception de votre bijoux pour demander un échange ou un remboursement.

To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging.

If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of the return.

EXCHANGE

If the above exchange conditions are met, you can proceed with an exchange by clicking on the exchange portal link. Once your exchange request has been validated, you will receive a pre-paid label ( for France and the European Union only). Return your jewel within 5 working days. Once your parcel has been received, your replacement jewel will be sent to you.

For exchanges from other countries (outside the European Union), shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Click here for exchange portal link.

RETURNS

If the above return conditions are met, you can by clicking on the back portal link. Once your return request has been validated, you will receive a pre-paid label (for France and the European Union only). Return your jewel within 5 working days. Once we have received your parcel, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that shipping costs are free for exchanges, and €10 for returns. This amount will be deducted from your return refund.
