How do I find out my ring size?
Measure the circumference of your finger with a flexible measuring tape, or note the inside diameter of a ring you already wear. If you're not sure, write to us—we'll help you convert the measurement.
Do your rings run true to size?
Yes, our rings follow standard French sizes. For a wide band, it may be best to choose a size half a size larger.
What are your rings made of?
Venetian Gold: an 18-karat gold patina applied by hand to a nickel-free brass base (and therefore hypoallergenic), with a warm golden hue.
Where are your rings made?
Handcrafted in a workshop audited and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). “L’Or Vénitien,” our signature patina, was created in Verona, near Venice.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to France and Belgium, and 3 to 7 days to the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or a refund. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Does the jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every item is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
