REFUND POLICY
Although we make every effort to provide you with the best experience, it is possible that your jewel may not give you complete satisfaction.
We give you the opportunity to return your purchase(s), either for an exchange or a refund, within 15 days of receipt.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?
All our jewels can be returned within 15 days provided :
- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
- The ribbon attached to the jewel is in perfect condition and has not been removed.
- All packaging, accessories and instructions (even if the jewelry has been unpacked) must be returned with the jewelry.
- Your previous purchase has not been definitively returned.
- The jewel has been returned 15 days after receipt "as evidenced by the postmark".
Don't forget to keep your packing slip proving that you have returned your purchase(s).
If you meet these conditions, you can return your jewelry. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
