- Courier delivery to Paris.

Home delivery (with tracking and delivery against signature with Colissimo (3/ 4 days): Free regardless of the amount of your purchase.

FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION
Home delivery (with tracking and delivery against signature with Colissimo (+/- 1 week): Free regardless of the amount of your purchase. Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 7 working days from dispatch of order.

FROM ABROAD
If you order from the United States, Canada, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia: Home delivery with tracking and delivery against signature with Colissimo (+/- 1 week): Offered regardless of the amount of your purchase. Delivery time (indicative): 7 working days to 2 weeks from dispatch of order.

We do our utmost to offer you the best possible delivery conditions:
- We have chosen to use a trusted carrier, Colissimo.
- Your order will be delivered to your home by hand, against a signature.
- Our delivery packaging is unmarked and will not attract unwanted attention.

You have up to 14 days from receipt of your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund. To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging. If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the return.

If your bank is domiciled in the European Union, you can pay 2, 3 or 4 times without charge. All you have to do is add your jewel to the shopping cart and validate it. Once you've filled in your address and delivery details, you'll have several payment options, including 2, 3 or 4 times free of charge (depending on the amount of your purchase).
