In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the CUSTOMER must transmit his communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In order for our returned product to be marketable again, you agree to send it back to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging can be opened and the item used as long as it is marketable.
The returns provided for in article 9 above will only be accepted by MY LITTLE VENDOME and will only give rise to a refund or exchange if:
(I) the return process described on Our Site has been followed;
(II) the products are returned to us in perfect condition, without having been worn. In particular, it is necessary that the ribbon sealed to the jewel is still in perfect condition and has not been removed. Thus, items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back under any circumstances. In particular, products that have scratches, even if discreet, can never be taken back. Similarly, products whose ribbon has been unsealed cannot be taken back;
(III) Nos spécialistes confirment que la monture et la pierre, ou tout autre élément constitutif du produit, sont bien conformes au produit qui Vous a été envoyé, sans dommage, modification, ni intervention d'aucune sorte ;
(IV) les produits nous reviennent dans leur emballage d'origine, complets (original du certificat fourni si c'est le cas, accessoires, emballage, y compris boîte cadeau, écrin, notices…).
Nous précisons également que :
(A) Le retour n'est plus possible s'il s'agit d'un deuxième retour consécutif ;
(B) Le retour n'est possible que pour un seul produit par commande ;
(C) Le retour est possible sur un bijou qui a été gravé par la Maison MY LITTLE VENDOME, sous réserve que les autres conditions de retour aient bien été respectées ;
(D) De plus, les produits vendus en dehors de l'Union Européenne ne pourront être remboursés ou échangés.
ARTICLE 10 : Conditions and time limits for reimbursement
Any reimbursement will be made, at MY LITTLE VENDOME's discretion, either by crediting Your credit card, or by transferring funds to a bank account in the name of the customer who placed the order, or by Paypal in the name of the customer who placed the order, domiciled at the billing address that was communicated at the time of the order.
In the event of an exchange, the amount initially received will be reimbursed. You can then place a new order for the chosen product.
